People love their TVs.  For watching favourite shows, to playing videos and DVDs, or playing video games, many of us spend a lot of time staring at the ‘box’.  Unfortunately, there are people who spend entirely too much time in this position, and they are often the reason that telly is the object of criticism, blamed for both health and behavioural problems.  There are ways to enjoy as a healthy part of everyday life, and this is all about striking the right balance between different aspects of life.
